Who We Are:

Locally owned and operated for over 30 years, we know what it's like to call Ottawa home. Our goal at Controlex is to make sure that you feel the same way. What We Do:

We specialize in four different areas in the National Capital Region: Residential and Commercial Rentals, Property Management, Land Development and Self-Storage. We work hard with our staff, the City of Ottawa and our customers to deliver quality and service in everything we do. Whether it is sponsoring amateur sport, participating in local food drives or pledging our support for registered charities, we try to practice good governance in order to give back to the communities that have stood behind us for all of these years.

Where We Are Going:

We are currently in the process of developing over 800,000 sq. ft. of retail space in underdeveloped brown fields in the newly amalgamated City of Ottawa. This development has attracted attention from some amazing companies who would like to join in the growth of this city, which will add convenience, value and new jobs for our neighbours, families and co-workers.
